It's a New Year a lot of People say it's time to get right

Some want to let go of demons that's been holding them so tight

Others want to stop drinking and smoking and go to church more

People want to give their life to Christ and his word they want to explore

So many New Year Resolutions are being made

Usually every year the same ones are being displayed

Only if we make a promise to God, and actually commit

We will the find all his blessings we'll benefit

Whatever pledge you choose, Put God First and be sincere
