Strong Woman

Up at the crack of dawn...
Already in a rush, my day hasn't even begun...
Coffee, Shower, breakfast and get myself dressed...
All before the kids wake up from a night full of rest...
Every morning it's a hassle getting the kids out of bed
My every day routine something I totally dread...
Bath, feed and the kids dressed
Before I walk out the door I have to clean their mess
Now I'm in a hurry to get everyone to their destination on time
Trying not to make myself late my boss will punish me as if I committed a crime
Eight hours of pure agony and stress
I won't complain just to have a job I'm blessed
Now it's time for practice, soccer and football
Did I mention I'm a single parent and I do it all
I carry a lot on my plate
But it's my sacrifice just to make sure my kids are straight
Some like to call my kids preps
I raise my kids well I never half step
And please believe when you see me I'm always at my best
I'm a super woman and I walk around with an S on my chest
Even though I'm not with their dad and he did me completely wrong
I love my kids and for them I'll always remain strong...
