When I think about….

Reminiscing on a loss love1 makes me have a meltdown



Wishing I could just hear their voice 1 more time, would be a beautiful sound


Then I recall that one guy I loved that broke my heart & made me cry


At times I hope and pray we can give our love one more try


Then I have a flashback on how I’ve been betrayed by a so call friend


I’m not going to dwell on it God is the only one I depend


When I think about all these things I become bittersweet


But I won’t allow the bitter to defeat


Thinking about where I’m headed gives me joy


Although I’m content with where I’m at


Happiness consumes me knowing God will never forget


So I will to think of things that's good


Staying positive and doing all the things I should


Although some things I think about makes me sad


I will always keep in mind the Good outweighs the bad
