"I know God Is Working So I Smile"

Focusing on what's right and not dwelling on what's wrong. 

I'm letting go of the thoughts that doesn't make me strong. 

People tell me quite often I'm to pretty not to smile. 

So I grin and think what if you lived my lifestyle. 

We all endure these hidden burdens nobody knows about but God, so I stay prayed up knowing my pain God feels. 

The great thing about it all is life hurts but God heals. 

Another day another trial but I will NOT BREAK. 

I MAY BEND, but I believe in the promise that God will never leave me nor forsake. 

I'm Not perfect I fall down. I stumble. But, I get back up knowing through Christ I'm equipped. 

Life has taught me don't look where you fall, but watch where you slipped. 

Many don't know but so many nights I cry myself to sleep

Mainly because this pain that lies within runs deep. 

Happiness is a choice not a result, this I find to be true. 

Happiness has to only come from you. 

I'm in pursuit for happiness lord knows it's been a while. 

God I know your working on my behalf so I'll smile. 

In life we all want happiness but if we could only bypass the pain. 

But you can't make a rainbow without a little rain.
