“A Sister’s Love”

My Grandmother Lost Her Last Living Sibling On March 7, 2011, I worte this for her in honor of her late Brother (Rev. Floyd H. Armour) (NickName="Fate")

“A Sister’s Love”
My brother Floyd, my last sibling to leave

Thinking about how I will never see you again is hard to believe

I'll  always have great memories of my Big Brother Fate
But, I find peace in knowing God makes No mistakes

I will always think about the dinners we had and talks we shared
You were A great Big Brother and No one else could ever compare

When we got together we’d always go down memory lane
We would sing old hymns, the way I miss you is hard to explain

I know you’re in a better place, so go ahead and Rest
No more worrying or sickness in your body, God knows best

You will truly be missed, I know your rejoicing in heaven up above
I love you, and I will see you again,
Sincerely from you sister with love
